Update (5/11/20): The Clark County Coroner has identified the man who was killed as 25-year-old Todd Szymanski. The cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds, homicide.
Las Vegas police are investigating a homicide scene near Interstate 15 and Russell Road. A briefing is expected to take place after 11 p.m. to provide more information.
7:02 P.M.
Update (5/11/20): The Clark County Coroner has identified the man shot by police as 51-year-old James Pease. His cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds, homicide.
Nevada Highway Patrol says it is working a shooting that is involving authorities on I-15 at exit 12 in Jean. Troopers were okay, according to the NHP. READ MORE

UPDATE 1:08 P.M.
Update (5/11/20): The Clark County Coroner has identified the victim of fatal crash as 24-year-old Osama Kartam from Las Vegas. The cause of death was multiple blunt force injures, an accident.
Las Vegas police say the crash near Russell and Fort Apache roads is now deadly. No other information was immediately available.
10:30 A.M.
Las Vegas police are investigating a critical crash near the intersection of Russell and Fort Apache roads that happened around 9:30 a.m.. The crash involves a white van and a silver Honda. One person has been transported to UMC trauma in unknown condition. Fatal Detail is on scene. Expect traffic delays in the area as this investigation continues.
3:15 A.M.
Firefighters say crews responded to fire at vacant home near N. Eastern Avenue and E. Bonanza Road. Fire is out. No reports of injuries.
