Henderson police say the person rushed to the hospital with critical injuries after being hit by a car near Boulder Highway and Sunset Road has died. READ MORE
6:30 A.M.
One person is in the hospital after being hit by a car near Boulder Highway and Sunset Road. Police say that person was in a motorized wheelchair and has critical injuries following the crash.
The female driver was uninjured. Officials believe impairment was a factor. The crash remains under investigation. Boulder Highway will be closed at that location for the next 3-4 hours.
2:42 A.M.
A man was transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries after a stabbing on the Strip. Police say the man was walking on 3500 block of Las Vegas Boulevard when he had an altercation with two women. The altercation escalated and led to the stabbing. According to police, the man continued to walk northbound on the Strip with his injuries until he met a responding officer about a block away. The women were taken into custody in the 3700 block.
