The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.
9:55 P.M.
Officers responded to a person armed with a machete at 1655 East Sahara Avenue, near Maryland Parkway. Officers arrived and located two people with injuries. Both of them were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. An investigation continues, according to officers.
6:55 P.M.
Las Vegas Fire and Rescue responded to a house fire in the 1700 block of Howard Avenue. The fire was in vacant, boarded up 1-story home. No injuries were reported and the cause remains under investigation.

6 A.M.
UPDATE (3/30/20):
The Clark County Coroner has identified the man as 23-year-old Michael Yeshitela. There was no city of residence listed for Yeshitela and his cause of death is still pending,
Las Vegas police are investigating after they say a man was found dead at Silverado Ranch Park, near Silverado Ranch and Las Vegas boulevards. His cause of death is unknown at this time. Police say the department's homicide team is investigating. Check back for updates.
