North Las Vegas police said multiple people were injured in a shooting near Coleman Street and Alexander Road. All of the victims reported non-life threatening injuries. No further immediate details were released. READ MORE

5 P.M.
Clark County School District police report a shooting took place in a neighborhood near Coleman Street and Alexander Road. Multiple people left that scene and onto Priest Elementary School property, according to officials. Authorities reported a heavy police and fire department response in the area. UPDATE: 4:30 P.M.
Police said the juvenile hit by a car on Fort Apache Road and Maule Avenue has passed away at the hospital from injuries suffered in the crash. READ MORE

Las Vegas police are investigating a critical crash involving two juveniles at the intersection of Fort Apache Road and Maule Avenue. Authorities said both were transported to the hospital with one suffering critical injuries. Fort Apache Road was closed at the intersection for the on-scene investigation.

City National Arena announced that MacKenzie River Pizza will open at 3 p.m. today following a fire on March 23. READ MORE

The lockdown at Spring Valley High School has been lifted. Authorities say they did not find a gun on campus and the school will return to normal operations.

8:20 A.M.
Spring Valley High School is on hard lockdown after police say they received reports of a juvenile walking into the school with a gun. School police and Las Vegas Metro Police Department are investigating.
3:30 A.M.
16 adults and 3 children have been displaced after a fire near Valley View Boulevard and Sahara Avenue just before 3:30 a.m, according to authorities. Nobody was injured. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

Las Vegas police say they found an 18-year-old woman dead from a gunshot wound and man in his 20s suffering from a gunshot wound to the head around 11:59 p.m. at a residence on Alderbrook Court near Flamingo Road and Rainbow Boulevard. The man was transported to UMC in critical condition. The pair is believed to have been in a dating relationship. READ MORE
