3:50 P.M.
Police are investigating the death of a man who was found deceased in a desert area on March 15 near mile marker 10 on State Route 147. The body appeared to be there several days, and the death was considered suspicious, according to police. INTERACTIVE MAP.
12:49 P.M.
Clark County firefighters responded to the Resorts World construction site at 3000 Las Vegas Boulevard with reports of an injured worker. Crews were able to rescue the worker from floor 59 and transport this person to the hospital. Firefighters also said the patient was stable.

Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded to a fire at a vacant house near D Street and West Adams. Heavy fire and smoke visible upon arrival. No injuries reported. Bulk of fire knocked down by 3:20 a.m.
