The following is a roundup of breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley.

9:10 P.M.
Las Vegas police responded to a non-life-threatening crash that involved an RTC bus and two other vehicles at the intersection of Eastern and Serene avenues. Traffic was blocked on Eastern for southbound travel for the on-scene investigation.

Update: The Clark County Coroner has identified the man killed in the shooting on Las Vegas Boulevard and Bonanza Road as 26 year old Dariane Lincoln-Marshall.

3:50 P.M.
Las Vegas police said officers are investigating a homicide scene near the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Bonanza Road. Authorities held a press briefing just before 5:30 p.m. about the incident:

Nellis Boulevard has reopened. No information provided on suspicious device.

Red Rock Search & Rescue says the missing hiker out at Valley of Fire has been found and is being transported to a local hospital for medical evaluation.

9:40 A.M.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is working a suspicious item call in 3900 N Nellis Blvd. near Las Vegas Boulevard. Traffic is being shut in both directions from Las Vegas Boulevard to Goodin Way on Nellis as a precaution. Please avoid the area if possible.

UPDATE 7:32 A.M.
All lanes are back open on the 215 over South Pecos Road, according to the Regional Transportation Commission.

7 A.M.
Red Rock Search & Rescue says it is looking for a missing hiker inside the Valley of Fire. The hiker is 23 years old, 6-feet 4-inches tall and has light brown hair. His vehicle was found at the park. RRSR did not provide any other information. They are on the scene now.

6:10 A.M.
The RTC reports all lanes are blocked off on 215 over South Pecos Road. Expect delays and use alternate routes if this is on your commute.

A second traffic incident to report: all eastbound lanes are closed on Flamingo Road near Eastern Avenue.
