10:45 P.M.
Las Vegas police are investigating a double shooting that happened in the parking lot of Boulder Station Casino. Both individuals that were shot have been taken to the hospital in unknown condition. READ MORE.
4:11 P.M.
Las Vegas Fire and Rescue responded to a fire on the second floor of a two-story apartment building at 451 North Nellis Boulevard. One person is being treated for smoke inhalation and seven deceased cats were found. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
2:19 P.M.
Las Vegas police say an elderly man had a medical episode while driving and his vehicle struck a concrete pole at West Lake Mead Boulevard and North Rampart Boulevard. The pole then fell onto another vehicle driven by an elderly woman. The pole missed the woman, but severely damaged her vehicle. She was taken to the hospital for evaluation due to her age. The intersection is closed while police conduct their investigation.
