Las Vegas Fire & Rescue is on the scene of a 2-alarm fire at 1431 S. Las Vegas Blvd. A vacant 1-story wedding chapel is on fire with heavy smoke. LVFR says the building is locked up with a possible victim inside. Las Vegas Boulevard is closed in both directions at 4th Street. READ MORE
