It took firefighters from three departments nearly three hours to douse the blaze, authorities say. There were no reported injuries to first responders during the incident. Right now it's not clear how the fire started. Damage to the building is estimated at $1 million.
Firefighters say this is the second homeless person burned during an outside fire on Tuesday. There was no damage to any buildings or property.
