Las Vegas Fire and Rescue responded to a fire at 705 Jefferson Ave. There was smoke and flames showing from 1 story apartment bldg. The fire has been knocked down and no injuries reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

4 P.M.
LVMPD officers say they located a wanted person at a residence located near Decatur Boulevard and Vegas Drive. The person was uncooperative and retreated to the rooftop of the residence and has barricaded. Avoid the area.
7:55 A.M.
Las Vegas Fire & Rescue responded to a garage fire at 2712 Rosarito Street. No injuries reported.
OVERNIGHT UPDATE
Las Vegas police say a 39-year-old man has died at the hospital after a crash between the truck he was driving and another car around 7 p.m. on Monday at North Tenaya Way and Old Mission Drive. READ MORE
