UPDATE AUG. 27: The Clark County Coroner has identified the woman killed in the fatal crash at Decatur and Oakey boulevards as 79-year-old Rose Lapin. Her cause of death was blunt force trauma and ruled an accident.
Police say two people are dead after separate crashes in Las Vegas within the last five days.
The first crash happened on Aug. 21 near Alta and of Sky Vista drives. A 30-year-old man from Fresno, Calif., was pronounced dead on the scene but the death was not counted as a traffic-related death pending the coroner's investigation. On Aug. 26, the Las Vegas police department announced this death marks the 63rd traffic-related death in LVMPD's jurisdiction for 2020. The crash remains under investigation. The identity of the deceased has not been released yet.
Aug. 25, a 79-year-old passenger was transported to UMC Trauma following a three-vehicle crash near Decatur and Oakey boulevards. On Aug. 26, Las Vegas police announced she has died from her injuries. Her death marks the 64th traffic-related death in LVMPD's jurisdiction for 2020. The crash remains under investigation. The identity of the deceased has not been released yet.

Las Vegas firefighters are on the scene of a fire on Industrial Road near Sahara Avenue and the Interstate 15. No injuries reported at this time. Avoid the area.

4:30 A.M.
Henderson Police say they received a call about a stolen vehicle early Wednesday morning. Upon arrival, they were able to determine that the vehicle was stolen and they took several people into custody. The incident happened near American Pacific Drive and North Gibson Road.
