7:15 A.M.
Traffic alert: The RTC says the Casino Center Boulevard on-ramp to the US-95 northbound is closed until 1 p.m today. Use other routes. Expect delays.
6:15 A.M.
Police are investigating a larceny attempt at a Well's Fargo ATM near Charleston and Jones boulevards.
Las Vegas police say a 2nd attempt was made around 4:21 a.m. at a bank in the 5400 block of Charleston Avenue near Decatur Boulevard. Police believe the same vehicle, which has been recovered, was used in both attempts. No arrests have been made.
