A new masterplan is now in effect guiding the next 30 years of downtown Las Vegas.
The plan has been 2 years in the making and replaces the existing masterplan that was created in 2000.
The new vision includes making downtown more eco-friendly and creating mixed-use spaces along public transportation routes.
