LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Another massive new project is in the works for southwest Las Vegas.

Developers are planning for a $400 million, 40-acre mixed-use project to take hold at the southeast corner of Durango Drive and the 215 Beltway.

The project is expected to be called the UnCommons with plans for the layout to be similar to that of Town Square and The District at Green Valley Ranch.
