The state is offering an app named VINE, which stands for Victim Information and Notification Everyday.
Nevada is the first state to launch an updated version of the app which provides victims with information about criminals.
The app can alert victims of when suspects or criminals get out on bail or if they finish their sentence.
The app is free.
