The soon to be crown jewel of North Las Vegas is getting closer to reality.
Nevada state treasurer Dan Schwartz recently met with top executives from Faraday Future.
Schwartz and the company agreed the state of Nevada will get a performance bond for Faraday.
The company's main investor will meet with Schwartz after shares of his company begin trading again.
That should be in March.
