Nevada brothel owner Dennis Hof officially filed paperwork Friday in Carson City to run as a Libertarian for Assembly District 36.
The district includes Pahrump, not far from where his Love Ranch brothel is located and where former NBA star Lamar Odom was found unconscious last year.
13 Action News first spoke with Hof back when he announced his intentions to run in January.
He told us that it's time for a real businessman to be in office.
