CARSON CITY (KTNV) — Gov. Steve Sisolak has signed Assembly Bill 321 into law.

The new law will make Nevada the sixth state in the nation to adopt a permanent vote-by-mail system.

It requires all county and city clerks to send every active registered voter a mail ballot before a primary or general election.
