Several residents in the Inspirada neighborhood in Henderson are being told by their HOA to take down some of their Christmas decorations or they will be fined.

It has become a tradition for the residents of Inspirada. They get together every year and decorate their houses together at the same time.

In fact, they have been doing it for 8 years and this is the first year that it has been an issue.

It's not the decorations on the houses that the HOA is concerned about though. It is the decorations that are in the common area on the other side of the sidewalk in front of the homes.

Many of their neighbors are voicing support for the residents on Facebook and say that the HOA is being The Grinch.
