People were evacuated near Eastern Avenue and Stewart Avenue as SWAT units surrounded a neighborhood home.

The incident started around 3 a.m. Wednesday. A man with several felony arrest warrants ran from a traffic stop and barricaded himself inside of a home.
Authorities took the man into custody around 5:30 a.m. No one was injured during the incident.
