The Republican National Convention is in town and on Sunday posted a YouTube time-lapse of its first 24 hours building-out the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland.
Though The Q was booked by the convention during Game 7 of the NBA Finals on June 19, the RNC granted Cavaliers fans use of the arena for a watch party. The space sold out for the event in around three minutes; now some 20,000 ticket holders are set to show up for the do-or-die gamethat determines whether Cleveland or the Golden State Warriors will be the ultimate champion.
The official dates for the RNC are July 18-21.
