An 11-year-old boy is recovering at a Detroit hospital after he accidentally shot himself in the butt on Thursday.
Detroit police said the incident happened inside a home on Thursday morning. The boy was apparently home alone and playing with a gun when it fired.
The unidentified victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was later listed in stable condition.
