LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — "Welcome To Video" was known as the darknet's largest known site for trading clips of children being sexually assaulted, some as young as 6-months-old.

It operated for almost three years anbd users downloaded its videos more than one million times.

But that all came to an end on Wednesday, when officials with the United States Department of Justice revealed how they followed a trail of bitcoin transactions to 23-year-old South Korean Jong Woo Song, the suspected administrator of the site, operating from his bedroom.

Officials also report that at least 23 children in the U.S., Spain and the United Kingdom who were being abused by users of the site have been rescued.
