The Secret Service says it has recovered about $2 billion in stolen unemployment relief funds.

And the money has been able to be returned to at least 30 states.

The agency says criminals either stole the identities of people who qualified for the unemployment benefits or stole the identities from those who never even applied for the relief funds.
