Air travel appears to be bouncing back. 5.2 million people have flown since Thursday.
That marks the highest number of travelers in any four-day period in almost a year since March 15 of 2020.
The Transportation Security Administration says it screened more than 1.3 million people on Sunday.
Airlines hope this signifies the start of a comeback especially after the industry just received $40 billion in new stimulus money.
