Nathan Adelson Hospice, southern Nevada’s largest, oldest and only non-profit hospice, has once again been recognized nationally as one of the “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” for 2020.
Chosen by Modern Healthcare, a top national healthcare business news publication, the nonprofit will be recognized at a virtual awards gala on Oct. 8.
This is the ninth time in the last decade the hospice has received this notable honor.
The award is based upon results from an organization-wide Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey filled out by Nathan Adelson Hospice employees, as well as employee comments from open-ended questions.
Results of the survey were compared to national benchmarking data to identify award winners.
