A multi-vehicle crash has been reported near U.S. 95 and Las Vegas Boulevard.

According to Nevada Highway Patrol, there were at least 5 cars involved. NHP says that a concerned citizen stopped in the middle of the highway to pick up a large piece of debris. That person's vehicle was hit by another, which started a chain reaction.
Two people, a male and female who were in the same vehicle, were transported to a hospital with critical injuries. Four other people were also transported with non-life threatening injuries.
