The popularity of ramen has exploded in recent years and the team at Reviews.org has put together a list of favorite ramen restaurants for each state.

A data analyst used Yelp's API to find each state's favorite ramen restaurant.

Monta Japanese Noodle House on Spring Mountain Road received the highest score based on 2,726 reviews.

The runner-ups for Neavda are Uchi Ramen in Reno and and Uma Ramen in Henderson.

Ramen is widely considered a Japanese invention but many people say that the noodles were actually first made in China.
