A Minnesota man died of natural causes in a crash over the weekend in Arizona.
The crash occurred Saturday morning in Topock, located in Mohave County near the California/Arizona border. It occurred on Highway 66 near the Topock Marina.
Investigators determined 75-year-old James Michael Cocchiarella of St. Paul left the roadway and ran his vehicle into a marsh. Passengers inside the vehicle were not injured. Passengers told police they tried to get the driver's attention when he left the road but he didn't respond.
The medical examiner determined Cocchiarella died of natural causes.
