LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — MGM Resorts International plans to build a $10 billion resort on an artificial island in Japan.
MGM Resorts says Japan is showing promise and they want to transform Osaka into a hub for tourism for the nation.
And if everything goes according to plan, the resort in Osaka should be open in the second half of the 2020s. according to MGM.
