LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Another potential 2020 presidential candidate is coming to Las Vegas.

Mayor Pete Buttigieg is scheduled to visit Las Vegas on April 8 for the first time since announcing his presidential exploratory committee.

Buttigieg will speak with voters at a meet and greet at MadHouse Coffee on Desert Inn Road near Durango Drive. The coffee visit starts at 10:30 a.m.

Then at noon, he is scheduled for an event at Veterans Village near Charleston and Las Vegas boulevards.

Buttigieg's visit comes after several other 2020 hopefuls came to the valley in recent weeks, including Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris, Cory Booker, Beto O'Rourke, Julian Castro, Tulsi Gabbard, and Elizabeth Warren.
