Henderson police are searching for two suspects after a break in and shooting Saturday morning.
Police received a call around 7:15 a.m. from a neighbor about the incident in the 200 block of West Atlantic Avenue, near Water Street. Police said a man and a woman broke into the home and a man inside the residence was shot.
The 32-year-old man shot was transported to Sunrise Hospital in critical condition. He was upgraded to stable condition Sunday. Three minors were home at the time of the home invasion but were not injured.
The male suspect is described as white, having short blonde hair, possibly shaved. The female suspect is described as white or Hispanic with black hair, wearing all black clothing. Both suspects are in their late 20s or early 30s.
Henderson police said the home invasion does not appear random.
