A man smoking in bed sparked a house fire at 21706 Garden Path Court on Saturday.
Clark County firefighters were called to the scene around 3:04 p.m. The six occupants of the home were able to escape before fire crews arrived.
One older adult male suffered from smoke inhalation and minor burns. He was transported to a local medical facility for treatment.
No word yet on the cost of damages.
