LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A Clark County School District spokesperson said a man exposed himself to a girl who attends Spring Valley High School Monday afternoon.

Las Vegas police and the school district said Monday's incident happened in a cul-de-sac on the east side of Spring Valley Park as the student was walking home from school.

She described the flasher as a 5-foot 7-inch man with a tan who was last seen wearing a blue shirt.

CCSD Sgt. Bryan Zink also said the suspect was either white or Hispanic and possibly driving a white car.

Neighbors who live near the high school were concerned, as this is the second time in one week that a man has exposed himself.

Neighbors told 13 Action News this is why they believe kids should no longer walk alone.

The school district was urging all parents to talk to their children about the importance of paying attention to their surroundings.
