Homicide detectives determined the victim was involved in an altercation, possibly in the area of Washington Avenue and Twin Lakes Drive during which he was stabbed multiple times. The victim was transported to the hospital in a vehicle by another man who may have also been involved in the altercation.
This is the 125th homicide investigated by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department in 2016.
The identity of the victim, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
No suspect or suspects have been identified.
