LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — One man is dead after being hit by a car on a highway in Las Vegas, according to Nevada Highway Patrol.
The crash happened around 1 a.m. on I-15 northbound just over the Desert Inn over pass.

Witnesses tell authorities that a man was on the east side of I-15 looking at the traffic going northbound before he ran out onto I-15.
The man was pronounced dead on scene.
