UPDATE JAN. 13: Alejandro Carlson had a hearing in Las Vegas Justice Court on Tuesday for “negotiations.”
The negotiations were continued until 7:30 a.m. Feb. 16.
The judge reaffirmed that Carlson is to be held on no bail until that time.

Last month Alejandro Carlson was ordered to have a mental health evaluation.
Investigators say Carlson ran across two active runways and climbed onto the plane right before takeoff.
He ended up falling from the wing.
Carlson has been charged with trespassing and disregard for public safety.
