A man has died after a crash last week.
Around 11:21 a.m. Nov. 10, a 61-year-old male pedestrian was crossing the roadway from south to north outside a marked crosswalk on Sahara Avenue, west of Lamb Boulevard, when he was hit by a Mercedes.
The pedestrian was transported by medical to Sunrise Hospital for critical injuries. The 51-year-old driver of the Mercedes remained at the scene and did not show any signs of impairment.
On Nov. 14, the Clark County coroner notified the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department that the pedestrian died as a result of his injuries from the crash.
This is the 102nd traffic-related fatality in the LVMPD's jurisdiction for 2016.
