UPDATE SEPT. 12: The arrest report for the off-duty Clark County School District police officer who was in a crash last month has been released.
Police responded to the crash near Pollock and Pyle on Aug. 28. Upon arrival, they discovered a black Chevrolet SUV on its left side in the rocks and the driver and sole occupant on the sidewalk.
Baburchak was placed on a gurney and he told responding medics that he had taken 3 lortabs approximately 1 hour earlier.
Police observed that he was not very lucid and did not seem to fully understand what was going on despite agreeing to evidentary testing.
He was transported to UMC Trauma and give Narcan on the way to the hospital.
There were numerous witnesses who described the man's driving to police, saying that he ran a stop sign and red light.
Four pills were found in Baburchak's possession.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- An off-duty officer from the Clark County School District Police Department is under arrest for driving under the influence following a crash Wednesday night, according to Las Vegas police.
The crash happened near Pyle Avenue and Pollock Drive shortly before 9 p.m.
No word yet if there are any injuries.
