Dozens of people flocked to the California state line hoping to become the next multi-millionaire.
The Powerball jackpot has grown to $535 million since June after 19 drawings with no winner. The return on investment was enticing enough for people to drive 30-45 minutes to the Lotto Store in Primm and lining up in the heat.
