People living in the northwest valley were shocked with a surprise on Easter morning when they saw a bull running loose.
Las Vegas Police and a few residents worked to wrangle the bull and force it into a trailer.
"The police seemed to be very concerned about my safety so they ushered me to get away quickly," said Don Knetzger.
Knetzger was on his way home from church Sunday morning when he was stopped at Cheyenne and Michael.
"The traffic was stopped," he said. "I looked up over the top of the cars and I saw a bull running through the intersection."
Dozens pulled out their phones to snap pictures and videos of the bull running through the streets.
Police asked people to stay inside a nearby apartment complex until the bull was caught.
13 Action News learned the bull escaped from his owner a couple miles down the road behind Texas Station.
"Once they got him some what contained, he was doing what he could to get loose," said Knetzger.
No injuries were reported.
