Two Las Vegas residents are competing to be the next American Idol.
The two singers -- Tiffanee LeMay Johanna Jones -- and sat down with 13 Action News on Monday morning after Sunday night's premiere.
Jones bonded with judge Katy Perry over potato chips and love of In-and-Out burgers during her audition. Jones eats potato chips before she sings to help her voice and she previously worked at In-and-Out.

LeMay is 13 Action News' Silver Ticket winner. She competed against dozens of other singers in Las Vegas for the chance to go to Hollywood and audition for the judges. LeMay is a huge Lionel Richie fan and the two connected during her audition.
