UPDATE AT 2:30 P.M. Wet 'n' Wild has reopened for business.
ORIGINAL STORY
Wet 'n' Wild was closed on Sunday after a busted pipe forced the water park to close.
The underground leak affected the main water supply line to the slides.
The park is approximately 25 acres and has about 25 slides.
The company that owns the park is working with the water district and an outside plumbing company to fix the pipe.
Wet 'n' Wild posted on Twitter early Monday afternoon that they are still working on the problem. They are asking customers to check their website for updates.
UPDATE - the plumbing company has been working hard to repair the water pipe and additional time is required. Please check https://t.co/3b7aSREBo2 for updates as they become available.
