LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Just months after former Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh's unexpected death in a house fire, a former friend is now suing his estate.
Two lawsuits against the estate come from Hsieh's previous assistant at Zappos and long-time friend Jennifer "Mimi" Pham.

They claim Hsieh was not close with his family and go on to say he had agreements and contracts before his death to uphold. The plaintiffs are seeking money for breach of contracts.
13 Action News reached out to attorneys representing both sides, including Hsieh's family and estate, but a request for comment was not acknowledged.
