Las Vegas woman, 3 dogs killed in fire started after 'disturbance'

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — 35-year-old Melynda Williams and three dogs were killed in a fire last Wednesday at a home near Sahara Avenue and Nellis Boulevard.

Police say they have identified a person of interest in the case but no arrests have been made.

Detectives say Williams' boyfriend and another roommate were involved in a "disturbance" before the fire.
