By 9 a.m. the valley was already in the 90s.

Thursday will be another triple digit day with a high of 101° before we go back down to the upper 90s for Friday.
Expect upper 90s all weekend but then back to triple digits next week.
A ridge across the Desert Southwest today (high of 101°) gives way to a stronger dome of high pressure next Tuesday, so Las Vegas will see at least 103° then. Might have to bump that number up a bit if this forecast pattern holds! pic.twitter.com/LZiW96GWk0
