LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Whispers Las Vegas, which is known as a swingers club, is suing Clark County after they were served a violation notice.
The club is located in a residential neighborhood at 7455 South Valley View Blvd.

The owner says it's legal to do what he wants inside his house.The county disagrees and wants to shut it down.
In the lawsuit the owners says his property is not a sex club like the county claims.
