Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval has ordered flags at half-staff Monday in honor of the 1 October anniversary.
The Nevada state flag and U.S. flag will be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol in Carson City, along with all state public buildings and grounds from sunrise to sunset.
