The family of Keri Galvan of Thousand Oaks, California, has filed a lawsuit against the estate of Stephen Paddock after she was killed in the mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival.
Galvan left behind 3 children, ages 2, 4 and 10.
The suit for a total of $45 million was filed this week in Clark County District Court. The figure represents Galvan's lost wages and financial support and loss of her "love, companionship, comfort, care, assistance, protection, affection and emotional support."
