In the wake of the 1 October shooting nearly a year ago, a local comic book author and illustrator wanted to help. So, he got together a team of contributors and worked with survivors to create an anthology: "Where We Live."
Since "Where We Live" was published in May, the book has sold more than 15,000 copies. Today, J.H. Williams handed over a check for more than $120,000 to Route 91 Strong - a local nonprofit that provides financial assistance to survivors of the shooting.
